LBAS – Bombardier’s Service Center in Europe

Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services (LBAS) in Berlin-Schoenefeld is the maintenance location for Bombardier Business Jets in Europe providing technical services for Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft in Europe, Middle East, Africa and CIS. LBAS was founded in 1997 when Lufthansa Technik and Bombardier joined forces to establish the LBAS joint venture at the future single airport of the German capital, Berlin. Later on, Execujet joined the team to focus on the exclusive MRO requirements of VIP customers.

Comprehensive Service for Learjet, Challenger and Global

It is our objective to offer complete technical services for Bombardier Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft families forming the backbone of the LBAS product portfolio. As Bombardier’s first factory owned service center outside North America LBAS has access to OEM engineering information, which allows us to offer customized modifications designed by Bombardier, Lufthansa Technik and other partners.
